Creating Your Dream Ring

Thank you so much for considering Penn Diamonds to help you create your dream ring! Everything we do is completely custom to your request! 

Our Custom Ring Process:

You will send me over what you are looking for (inspo pics, specific details, diamond info etc). If you're looking to start the process in the next 1-2 months, we can set up time to do a virtual consultation. During our consultation is the time to I have all the details right, get your ring size, budget, timeline, etc. We will also walk you through understanding diamond terms such as The 4Cs, different karat weight of gold, etc. My goal is for you to leave our call feeling confident about your decision! 

I do understand people have busy schedules,etc so if virtual consultation doesn't work for you we can do everything via text/email.

If you’re ready to start after the call, we will get the process started on finding your diamond, etc.

The entire process takes about 4-6 weeks!

A few things to note:

I do require payment in full since I am a small business.

I do not offer warranties since I’m a super small single run person business. I also ALWAYS suggest getting insurance because it could cover lost, stolen, damaged etc (depending on the company). My clients are okay with this because I’m usually quite a bit less than the retailer so I’m saving them money upfront!

I also cannot do resizing. I tell my clients to go get measured at a store to ensure it will fit properly!
