Diamond Purchases

Here at Penn Diamonds we are committed to serving our customers with a smooth and transparent experience. With that being said all Diamond purchases are final sale. Due to the extensive process and value of the items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on purchases made. 

We do a thorough quality inspection on all diamonds before shipping them to you to ensure our diamonds are in good condition. 

Procurement Process

Once the diamond has been chosen, you will receive an invoice for either: A) $375 if your purchase is under $750 OR B) 50% of the order total if your purchase is over $750 and have 24 hours to pay that. With that being said, $150 is non-refundable for services rendered, if the buyer chooses to not move forward with the purchases of the diamond(s).

Inventory Purchases

If buying a diamond through inventory and I have not had it shipped, I can refund you. However there is a $35 fee as I still get charged the credit card processing fees.

Jewelry Purchase

All jewelry purchases are final sale.

Custom Ring Process

-I do require payment in full since I am a small business.

-I do not offer warranties since I’m a super small single run person business. I also ALWAYS suggest getting insurance because it could cover lost, stolen, damaged etc (depending on the company). My clients are okay with this because I’m usually quite a bit less than the retailer so I’m saving them money upfront!

-I also cannot do resizing. I tell my clients to go get measured at a store to ensure it will fit properly! 

-I do offer refunds on custom rings within the first 7 days of delivery. There is a non-refundable fee of $200.

Shipping

We use FedEx for all shipments and will provide tracking information.
