Refund policy

Diamond Purchases

Here at Penn Diamonds we are committed to serving our customers with a smooth and transparent experience. With that being said all Diamond purchases are final sale. Due to the extensive procurement process and value of the items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on purchases made. 

We do a thorough quality inspection on all diamonds before shipping them to you to ensure our diamonds are in good condition. 

Procurement Fee

Once the diamond has been chosen, you will receive an invoice for either: A) $375 procurement fee if your purchase is under $750 OR B) 50% of the order total if your purchase is over $750 and have 24 hours to pay that. With that being said, the procurement fee is non-refundable for services rendered, if the buyer chooses to not move forward with the purchases of the diamond(s).
