The Procurement Process

Thank you so much for considering Penn Diamonds to help you find the perfect stone!

The Process

We do the majority of our sourcing via email.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you some questions to find out exactly what you are looking for. If you are unsure about certain details or have any questions, we can definitely help you!

We will then send you 2-4 options to choose from. Once the stone has been chosen, you will receive an invoice for either: A) $375  if your purchase is under $750 OR B) 50% of the order total if your purchase is over $750 and have 24 hours to pay that. 

We cannot guarantee a hold, due to the high demand for these diamonds. Diamonds can be bought out from someone else before I get the chance to purchase. In this case, I would send you another option or you can pick from the other options sent.

Once we receive the stone, we will do a quality check to ensure that everything is good. We will contact you as soon as the quality check is complete. At this point, I will email pictures/videos of the diamond along with pictures of the serial number. We will send over the invoice for the remaining balance. We ask that this process be done within 24 hours of us receiving the diamond. If we do not hear from you after that timeframe, the diamond is then available for purchase in our stock. 

Once the final invoice is paid, we will ship the diamond to you! We use FedEx for all shipments and require a signature. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the arrival of your stone.

If the stone arrives and you do not want it yet it passes my quality inspection, I will refund all but $150 non refundable fee. Once the diamond is shipped, I do not offer refunds. However, I am here to make sure everyone has a positive experience so if there were anything please let me know! 

Procurement Fee

We are all about transparency and here at Penn Diamonds we charge procurement fee on top of the diamond price to help bring back that affordability! This fee covers the personalized search, vetting, and secure acquisition of the perfect diamond tailored to your specifications through our trusted global network.

**Disclaimer: Due to the volatility in the market right now, prices can change due to tariffs. If you place an order that will lock in the price. Diamonds coming from overseas MAY get hold up in customs, IF that is the case I will keep you updated!**
