The Procurement Process

Procurement Fee

We are all about transparency and here at Penn Diamonds we charge procurement fee on top of the diamond price to help bring back that affordability! This fee covers the personalized search, vetting, and secure acquisition of the perfect diamond tailored to your specifications through our trusted global network.

The Process

We do the majority of our sourcing via email.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you some questions to find out exactly what you are looking for. If you are unsure about certain details or have any questions, we can definitely help you!

We will then send you 2-4 options to choose from. Once the stone has been chosen, you will receive an invoice for either: A) $375  if your purchase is under $750 OR B) 50% of the order total if your purchase is over $750 and have 24 hours to pay that. 

We cannot guarantee a hold, due to the high demand for these diamonds. Diamonds can be bought out from someone else before I get the chance to purchase. In this case, I would send you another option or you can pick from the other options sent.

Once we receive the stone, we will do a quality check to ensure that everything is good. We will contact you as soon as the quality check is complete. At this point, we can either video chat to show you the stone OR email pictures/videos. We ask that this process be done within 48 hours of us receiving the diamond. If we do not hear from you after that timeframe, the diamond is then available for purchase in our stock. 

Once the stone is agreed upon, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. This invoice is due within 24 hour or you risk the diamond being put in our stock. 

Once the final invoice is paid, we will ship the diamond to you! We use FedEx for all shipments and require a signature. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the arrival of your stone.
